Quality Objectives   

1. Provide best manufacture of Steel services to our customers with maximum quality products, on time, and at the competitive good cost.
2. Continuously improve product quality and process efficiency
3. Reduce our manufacturing costs by 5% per year
4. Release at least 1 new products per year
5. Have at least 2 people trained or qualified for every task
6. Maintain a fair and creative work environment that respects new ideas and hard work
7. Reduce cost of non-conforming materials (scrap and rework) by 10% in 2013.

Once an objective is achieved, it should be recognized and reset to stimulate further quality improvement. To reach our objectives, we will have to maintain a constant focus on quality with full dedication, commitment, and teamwork.
